North of Houston (NoHo) has been designated as a Large City by the Texas Section League
Committee. This means that there may be only 1 player on a roster from outside of the 50 mile radius of the NoHo League (The intersection of the Grand Parkway and I-45 is designated as the
center point of the 50 mile radius). The exception to this rule is players that are from an area where there has not been a a league of the same type for them to particiapate in for the last 3
years.
