IMPORTANT UPDATE:  North Houston (NoHo) has been designated as a Large City by the Texas Section League Committee.  This means that there may be no more than 1 player on a roster from outside of the 50 mile radius of the NoHo League (The Woodlands Mall is desiganted as the center point of the 50 mile radius).  The exception to this rule is players that are from an area where there has not been a a league of the same type for them to particiapate in for the last 3 years.  

Please note:  The details below are informational only and are subject to change.  The USTA National Regulations, Texas Operating Procedures and NoHo Local League Regulations found on this website take precedence over the information below.  

Mixed leagues play is on Sundays at 4:00 pm.  

Two team leagues may set their own schedule if captains can agree.  

Three lines of doubles are played for each match.  

A team requires a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 20 players. The number of matches played required per player to qualifiy for sectionals and the number of matches you will play should be considered when determining the number of players you will have one a team.  

A minimum of two teams must register in a divison for the league to make with the exception of the 55 & Over league.  

If there is only 1 team in a 55 & Over division, that team may progress directly to the Texas Sectiional Tournament.  

There are 3 distinct Mixed Doubles league.  Within a level, the combination of two players' ratings in a partnership may not exceed the level of the division they are participating in.  For example, a 3.5 player partnered with a 4.0 player must play 8.0 and cannot play 7.0 as the combination of their ratings is 7.5.  There may not be more than 1.0 difference between the two players.

Captains may register a team by completing the form under the "Register A Team" tab.  TEAM ID NUMBERS WILL NOT BE SENT TO CAPTAINS UNTIL THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF TEAMS REQUIRED FOR THE DIVISION HAVE REGISTERED.  

40 & Over - Must be 40 years of age prior to December 31, 2024.

Team Registration Dates:  4/14-5/5, 2024  

Season Dates:   Leagues Play on Sunday afternoons at 4:00   Season may begin as early as 5/26.  Matches must be completed by 7/28.  League wide bye weeks are  8/4 & 8/11 (for for 18 & Over Sectional Tournaments.)   Actual start & stop date will be  based on the number of matches to be completed for each division whiich is determined by the number of teams that register.    

Teams must have a miniimum of 8 players registered 5 days before the first scheduled match for the league.  

Sectional Tournament in Round Rock,  9/6-9/18

Levels:  6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0

Minimum of 2 teams required for a division to form.  

18 & Over  - Must be 18 years of age prior to playing a match. 

Team Registration Dates:  4/28-5/19, 2024

Season Dates:   Leagues Play on Sundays afternoons at 4:00  Season may begin as early as 6/9  Matches must be completed by 8/18.  League wide bye weeks are  8/6 & 8/13 (for for 18 & Over Sectional Tournaments.)

Teams must have a miniimum of 8 players registered 5 days before the first scheduled match for the league.  

Sectional Tournament in Abilene,  9/20-9/22

Levels:  6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0

Minimum of 2 teams required for a division to form.  

55 & Over - Must be 55 years of age prior to December 31, 2024

Team Registration Dates:  6/30-7/21, 2024

Season Dates:  Season may begin as early as 8/11. Matches must be completed by 10/6.  League wide by weeks may include 9/8 for the Mixed 40 & Over Sectional Tournament .   Actual start & stop date will be  based on the number of matches to be completed for each division whiich is determined by the number of teams that register. 

Teams must have a miniimum of 6 players registered 1 week before the first scheduled match for the league.

Sectional Tournament  Tyler 11/1 -11/3

Levels:  6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0

If only 1 team registers, they may progress directly to Sectionals.
